Oh Fin, is there anything you can’t do? Whether it’s visiting sick kids, or dressing up in wacky costumes, or chomping on people’s heads, or beating up another mascot, or playing hockey, or pumping up the crowd, or making out with Pamela Anderson, you always put a smile on my face. Fin is awesome. I love catching sight of him at a game at GM Place, or stumbling across a funny picture of him. During one of the games I went to this season, Fin was caught on the big screen rocking out to Soulja Boy. You haven’t lived until you’ve seen a giant whale mascot dancing to really annoying hip hop. Kids love Fin, and they know what they’re talking about. Fin is a fine representative for Vancouver and BC. In my mind, there’s not a better mascot around the NHL.
